OysterKrete™ Shell
WET is developing OysterKrete shell as an alternative to oyster shell, which is a limited resource. The OysterKrete shell shape is specially designed for oyster seed ground applications. The embedded attractants and texture give the OysterKrete shell advantages over other substitute cultch.
OysterKrete™ Panels
WET is developing OysterKrete panels as an affordable and compact oyster harvesting operation. These panels are removable and have the unique OysterKrete surface. The panels can be placed near boat docks, in seed grounds, in aquaculture tanks, or any other area where regular harvesting is desired. OysterKrete panels can be easily removed and oysters can be striped from surface. The increased yield due to reducing predation, elevating oysters in water column, and the unique OysterKrete surface will provide user with an efficient and affordable oyster harvesting system.
